She pointedly left Pete, 35, behind as she drowned her sorrows in four trendy clubs with sister Sophie, 18, and DIY telly pal Phil Turner, 46.

The high-profile booze-up was in stark contrast to recent shows of unity with other half Pete, when she clutched his hand to shrug off claims their marriage is on the rocks.

But the sexbomb looked anything but wifely in a crotch-skimming orange dress and saucy knee socks.

Her night on the tiles came as angry Pete branded her a “f***ing idiot” on TV – lashing out at her obsession with surgery.

On the couple’s reality ITV2 show, Katie and Peter, The Next Chapter, he raged: “I’d rather have a healthy Kate than good tits.”

After wobbling through the trendy Embassy, Silver, Maddox and Blush clubs, giggling Kate had to be helped to her car at 5am.

Kate – alias Jordan – had four operations in five days in August, including surgery for a prolapsed womb and a breast correction.

She had her fifth boob op after being unhappy with a reduction that was done earlier this year.

But when she was still unable to lift her right arm two days later she was rushed back into theatre for emergency treatment. 

Pete said on the show: “People think because it’s so easy to go and get surgery it is fine. But it really worries me because complications can arise.

“Surgery is not funny. I saw Kate scared for the first time in a very long time. I think she’s a f***ing idiot that she keeps wanting to get stuff done all the time.”

A spokesman for the couple said Pete only spoke out to warn other girls of the dangers after Kate’s op went wrong.

She said Kate’s night out showed she is back on track and added: “She’s fine now, thank God, and her boobs look great .”
