House prices rise again

BOXER Ricky Hatton is moving house to escape fans knocking on his front door and peeping through his windows.

Despite his millions, the 29-year old Hitman has had a modest home in Hyde, Gtr Manchester, for years.

But now the light-welterweight star has decided to sell up to improve security for his family. Hatton said: “I have a nice house but it’s no mansion.”

“It’s on a normal street and anyone can walk up and knock on the door, or come and look through the windows – and they do!

“I’m looking for a new house in the same area. It will have a wall around it for a bit more security”

Hatton’s next fight is against Brooklyn-born Paulie Malignaggi, 27, in Las Vegas in November.
