PART-nationalised Royal Bank of Scotland will hand out huge bonuses to investment bankers, despite expected annual losses of £7billion.

The bank could pay out about £1.3bn as the ailing firm sinks deep into the red.

RBS chief executive Stephen Hester has previously said it will pay bankers “the minimum we can get away with”.
