PAY FREEZES HERE TO STAY

ABOVE: Pay freezes here to stay
8th February 2010

By Daily Star Reporter

WORKERS face a second year of pay freezes despite rising inflation, experts said yesterday.

Researcher Lewis Emery said: “Pay will not be the main bargaining priority in 2010.

“Maintaining jobs and business continuity is a greater concern.”
