GAY’S JAIL ROW

ABOVE: The con believes his human rights are being breached
8th February 2010

By Daily Star Reporter

A CON has accused prison bosses of breaching his human rights after they confiscated his gay porn.

John O’Reilly, who claims the man mags were taken off him when he moved from HMP Winson Green, Birmingham, to Dovegate, Staffs, said: “Other guys can order girly mags, yet I am denied gay mags. I call it discrimination.”

A Prison Service spokesman insisted gay porn was allowed, if approved by local managers.
