TRAGIC JACKO'S FINAL SHOW IS REAL TRIUMPH

THE legions of Jackson fans will be in seventh heaven watching this fascinating documentary showing the star’s relentless rehearsals for the 50 concerts he was scheduled to give at London’s O2 Arena.

Perfect proof of his status as the King of Pop was confi rmed at the London premiere when his every number was greeted with riotous applause – director and choreographer Kenny Ortega’s rehearsal movie is the next best thing to a live performance.

This unique and enthralling record of Jackson sees the painfully thin but buzzing star expending enough energy to light up the capital city.

Interviews with singers and dancers add impact, the musical menu includes Billie Jean and Man In The Mirror while movie magic plunges Jackson into a realistic black-and-white film world where Humphrey Bogart shoots at him.

The film, cunningly crafted from rehearsal footage, shows he really was King.

Ortega may be credited as the director and choreographer but Jackson’s comments prove he did it his way.
