PROPS to Jay Sean.
He’s been plugging away with his own particular blend of soul-lite/Europop, for years now – and he’s never thrown in the towel.
Now, his style of music is suddenly the biggest thing in chart land – he’s at No 1 in the US, people!
The UK has finally gone crazy for its homegrown R&B/hip-hop artists, too, so he’s finally getting his day. And, crikey, what a day.
Proving what the man himself knew all along – that he’s quite good, actually – along comes one of the biggest rappers in the world and guests on his record.
Oh, and another thing – we dunno what they’ve been putting in his cereal across the pond, but he is looking mighty FINE these days.
