I'VE GONE FROM BOTTOM TO TOP

FOR most women, it sounds like a dream come true - and better than winning the lottery.

Get larger breasts and lose your unwanted fat at the same time.

For model Emily Luke-Taylor, who would love to be a Page 3 girl, it was a double whammy.

At last she had the chance to boost her tiny 32A boobs while losing the excess fat from her curvy bottom.

Now, two weeks after having the groundbreaking cosmetic op, she reckons her bottom's tops - and her top's her bottom!

The amazing new two-in-one-breast enlargement operation uses fat from chubby areas, like bottom, hips and tummy, to create natural breast enlargements without the use of implants.

Even better, because the enhancement also uses your own stem cells, you can literally grow your bust over a couple of months The brand new boob booster procedure, just launched in Britain by Harley Street Medical Skin Clinic, also avoids all the problems usually associated with artificial breast implants, which can harden or even rupture.

And, experts reckon, because it uses your own fat and stem cells, it makes for a much safer and more natural boob job with the bonus that there's no scarring.

Emily, who underwent the procedure earlier this month, reckons the results are incredible.

"I adore my new bust, " she says. "For years I was always very self-conscious about my flat chest.

"I didn't feel at all sexy so used to wear baggy clothes to disguise my tiny 32As and I never bothered buying sexy underwear."

The 19-year-old babe from London thought about having implants but was worried about going under the knife as well as the scarring.

"I've always wanted to be a glamour model so it was really important that my breasts looked natural, " says Emily.

"I've seen so many models with dodgy implants that seem to have a mind of their own and I didn't want to end up looking like that.
"I was also worried about having major surgery and the scars you get under the bust.

"When I heard about this new technique, I thought it sounded almost too good to be true.

"Not only would I increase my bust by two to three cup sizes, but at the same time I would lose inches from my hips and thighs.

"The cosmetic surgeon who treated me, Dr Aamer Khan, also told me that by using my own fat it would enable him to shape and sculpt my breasts into a smoother, more natural looking contour and my boobs would also feel totally natural.

"The whole procedure took about four hours. There was no slicing, no stitching and no scarring.

"The areas where the fat was extracted were a little sore for a couple of days and my breasts were bruised for about a week. Other than that I felt fine.

"I currently measure 32DD but my boobs are still growing. It takes up to six weeks for the stem cells to carry on growing new tissue, so by Christmas I will be even more curvaceous. I've also lost two inches from my hips and thighs.

"My friends are green with envy.

"Now I dress in skimpy tops and plunging necklines. And I've spent a fortune on new underwear."

Top Harley Street cosmetic practitioner Dr Khan is the first to offer the groundbreaking new treatment, called StemCellution, in Britain.

He says: "It is a safe and relatively simple process, using FDA approved technology, with none of the down time associated with a traditional breast implant operation or concerns about allergic reactions. The operation can also be carried out under local anaesthetic.

"Fat is removed from the bottom, hips and stomach by liposuction, treated in a special machine and then injected back into the breasts.

"Because the fat contains stem cells, it triggers blood vessel and tissue growth and enables the fat to stay put in its new location.

"With our technique you get a much more natural appearance.

"The patient can go home the same day and the only evidence will be tiny pinpricks where the fat has been injected.
These marks will heal and disappear within a few days."

Dr Khan also says the £8,000 procedure will have a major impact on breast reconstruction surgery in the future, especially for breast cancer victims.
